Welcome to Silverado Construction’s website. These Terms & Conditions / Service Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any construction services we provide. By accessing or using our website or engaging with us for services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Services Provided
Silverado Construction provides residential remodeling, construction management, and consulting services within California. All services are subject to a separate written agreement that outlines the scope of work, pricing, and timelines. Any changes to the project scope must be documented through a signed Change Order and may affect cost or schedule.
2. User & Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and project information
- Use our website lawfully and respectfully
- Provide reasonable property access during working hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Keep pets and children clear of active construction areas
- Notify us of known hazards, underground utilities, or HOA regulations
3. Estimates & Proposals
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are not binding until formalized by a signed contract. Pricing may change based on material costs, permit requirements, or unforeseen site conditions. Any additional work will require an approved Change Order.
4. Payments
- A deposit may be required before project commencement
- Progress payments may be invoiced based on project milestones
- Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project
- Late payments may incur a fee of [Insert %] per 30 days overdue
- We reserve the right to pause work if payment obligations are not met
5. Permits & Inspections
Silverado Construction may assist in obtaining permits when specified in the project agreement. Property owners remain responsible for property access and compliance with HOA rules, neighborhood restrictions, or other local requirements.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is canceled after signing a contract, charges may apply for work performed, materials ordered, permits obtained, and other project-related costs incurred. Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
7. Work Delays
Project timelines are estimates. Silverado Construction is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, supplier delays, inspection schedules, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate delays and updated timelines as they arise.
8. Warranty & Liability
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Silverado Construction provides a one-year limited workmanship warranty on completed work. Manufacturer warranties on materials may apply separately.
Silverado Construction is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications
- Delays outside our control
- Incidental or consequential damages not defined within a written contract
9. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials are the property of Silverado Construction unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites or resources. Silverado Construction is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Butte County, California under the laws of the State of California.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
